Abstract:

This one-day seminar, presented by our veteran panel of workers’ compensation claims/legal experts, will review recent changes and practical implications of workers’ compensation case law. As in the prior programs, the panel will use an interactive, debate-style format to present alternate viewpoints on case law that will help those handling work injury cases develop appropriate responses and policies.
