SACRAMENTO -- The Third District Court of Appeal earlier this month granted two stay orders restoring the small employer exemption to the state's controversial ergonomic standard for the prevention of repetitive motion injuries."The original version of the ergo standard will remain in place pending the appellate court's decision in Pulaski v.
