San Diego County Superior Court judge Fred McGuire on June 4, 2007 ordered the owner of a San Diego construction firm to pay State Compensation Insurance Fund $113,327 in restitution. Thomas Behrendt, 50, owner of Sunset Structures Inc., also received three years probation as part of his sentence for workers' compensation insurance fraud.
