This position covers for attorneys across all departments, handling hybrid workers’ compensation and making virtual and/or in-person appearances.

Locations: Glendale, Pleasanton, Redding, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, Bakersfield, Fresno, Oxnard, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Salinas, San Jose, San Luis Obispo, Stockton, Santa Ana.

Telework available subject to business need.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with internal and external clients, drafting pleadings and correspondence, conducting discovery, making appearances, and negotiating/drafting settlements.
  • Make appearances and litigate in multiple and varied venues.
  • Participate in “project” work such as providing training to others, specialized assignments, or conducting consolidated litigation involving the coordination of multiple parties and issues as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Passion for handling and litigate high-cost complex workers’ compensation cases.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
